Drinking apple cider
vinegar can seem like a less extreme method to lose weight but it can
be highly effective if done every day, especially before a meal.
Recent studies have shown that drinking apple cider vinegar before a
meal may help lower your blood sugar and can block your body's
digestion of starch. This interference to your body's ability to
digest starch is what will lead to your weight loss results since
less is being broken down into calories in your bloodstream. This
limited amount of starch to your bloodstream is caused by the main
component of apple cider vinegar; Acetic acid.
Drinking apple cider
vinegar can be intimidating at first but you must note that you are
not supposed to drink it straight, you have to mix it with water or
juice for increased health benefits. The best juice to for drinking
apple cider vinegar that will add to it weight loss effects is
Grapefruit Juice. Grape fruit juice is the best because it is loaded
with vitamin C, which helps burn fat faster, especially during
exercise. Another recent study has proven this, it showed that people

combined with acetic acid turns your body's need to pump out

juice
2 tbl spoons apple
cider vinegar
1 tsp Honey
(optional)
You can substitute any
juice that is rich in antioxidants such as my personal favorite
Blueberry juice when drinking apple cider vinegar. Just be make sure
you use 1 cup to every 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar.
