Ingredients:
2 cups raw, whole Scottish oats
1 cup almonds, chopped
¼ cup raw seeds sunflower or
pumpkin seeds
½ cup unsweetened dried fruit(
blueberry, strawberry or cranberry) chopped
2-3 tablespoons raw honey
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil(liquid
form)
½ tsp almond extract
1 large pinch fine sea salt
Procedure
Preheat the oven to 300ยบ F.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing
bowl and mix well and toss to coat
Spread the mixture in a thin layer
on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until very lightly
toasted.
Cool before serving or storing.
