How Total Life Changes Iaso Chaga can prolong your life and much more!

What is Chaga?

Total Life Changes' Iaso Siberian Chaga originates from the terrains of Siberia, Russia. Chaga has been used as an essential whole food supplement and staple in maintaining health for many years by Russia’s long-lived peasants, as well as long-lived villagers of Japan and Korea.

Chaga, which is better known as Wild Siberian Chaga or Inonotus Obliquus, is the latest challenger of 100% pure toxin free adaptogen. It was  first approved in 1955 by Moscow’s Medical Academy of Science as a cancer drug and then later administered to athletes, astronauts and other Soviet elite to take on a daily basis to improve physical and mental work capacity.

Chaga is documented for successfully treating cancers of the stomach, lungs, breasts and cervix. Two studies in 1996 found it to have an inhibitory effect on both influenza and HIV. It stimulates the body’s natural immune functions (something that was first confirmed in 2002 and then again in 2005); which may also help explain the historical use of Chaga as an anti-inflammatory.

Siberians used Chaga for centuries in the form of a drink. Their life expectancy regularly reached 85-100 years in age. In contrast, their neighbors, the Inuit, did not make use of Chaga and lived only about 50 years. The natural phytochemicals found in Siberian Chaga really made a difference in life expectancy.

Why take Chaga?

Chaga is antioxidant rich and a great resource to counter damage from free radicals. It is also a great source for Vitamin D, Vitamin K, multiple B vitamins and minerals such as Iron, calcium, copper and zinz. It also includes betulin, betulinic acid as well as flavonoids, polysaccharides and other phytonutrients.

The Polysacchrides in Chaga, especially the beta glucans, help stimulate the growth of leukocytes in the body that enables the immune system to be better equipped to fend off infections. It also enables the body to eliminate harmful pathogens with its anti fungal antiviral, antibacterial, and anthelmintic(parasite killer) qualities.

Promotes  healthy digestion and liver function

Chaga supports healthy digestion with its anti- flammatory effects. It also promotes the production of digestive bile in the liver which aids in the breakdown of food making it easier for nutrients to be absorbed into your system. Bile also helps the liver flush out toxins filtered from the bloodstream. This prevents them from building up in your liver and cause future damage to the surrounding tissue. Aside from this, Chaga also provides a natural source of dietary fiber, an essential function for smooth digestion.

                                                                  Reduces stress

As an adaptagen, Chaga helps reduce stressful feelings that can accumulate daily by balancing the body's various systems and energizing those that are fatigued and also calm overactive systems. This is extremely helpful for stressful situations, when the body releases stress hormones that lead to feelings of anxiety and fatigue.

                                                        Great for Cardiovascular Health

Chaga promotes healthy cardiovascular functions with the betulinic acids which is absorbed in the bloodstream and assists in breaking down harmful LDL cholesterol. This helps reduce the buildup of plaque in the bloodstream and lower the risk of cardiovascular disease.

The village people consumed it as a daily beverage and  prefer it over common drinks such as tea and coffee due to its cleansing properties.
