On a daily basis our bodies are exposed to harmful agents called FREE RADICALS, they are unstable molecules who would like nothing more than to break down our bodies and cause us disease and suffering by taking particles from our healthy cells, a process that creates more free radicals. Ingredients




  • 2 cups of fresh organic blueberries
  • 2 ears of corn (De-kerneled)
    • 1 jalapeno pepper (finely chopped )
    • 1 small red onion (small diced)
    •  1 red bell pepper (small diced)
    • 1 fresh lime, juiced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro(finely chopped)
  •  1 Tbl sp. of apple cider vinegar
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. Let chill in fridge and let flavors marry
  2.  Enjoy with tortilla chips, over pork, turkey or chicken.
  3.     In a bowl, combine  ingredients and mix together.
  4. (If you really want to get fancy serve over  Rabbit Or Duck.)
