Sometimes you have to fight fat with fat | Burn away that belly fat with Avocados

Who would of thought that to burn away that belly fat you would have to eat fat right? Well that’s not usually the case but when it comes to Avocados, a.k.a the alligator pear, named for its rough dark skin and pear shape.  Rich in Oleic acid the main monosaturated fat, and is loaded with Fiber , magnesium, potassium, folate, Vitamin k and lutein .

Since Avocados are rich, they have a higher calorie content than most vegetables and so its important to watch your serving size. One serving size is equal to two tablespoons. Just One avocado a week can melt belly fat  away, strengthen your heart, reduce the  symptoms of an enlarged prostate and increase your absorption of vitamins A,E, and K.  Not Bad for a little amount of food.

The most popular way to enjoy Avocados is Guacamole dip but I don’t advise buying commercial  brands as they could be mixed with saturated fats such as sour cream or Mayonnaise, so homemade Guacamole is suggested to get all the health benefits.

You can also enjoy Avocados on Sandwiches, Wraps, Salads, Burritos, Tacos or simply by itself as a delicious and creamy and fulfilling snack with a little salt and pepper.

See the Recipe below for  a healthy and delicious guacamole dip.
